OUR MISSION
To co-design a nurturing space that fosters innovation with a culturally sensitive foundation. All stakeholders will be driven with equity and social justice at the forefront. The goal is build capacity with like minded community organizations centered on youth development.
At Nate Nvil Soultions, youth will be placed in the best environment to engage, learn, understand, and develop their true passions and gifts. They will learn how to network and collaborate with peers and professionals within the community to develop their future career. Youth will identify their career pathway before graduating high school and will be better prepared to transition into adulthood. Nate Nvil Solutions will assist youth with enrolling in vocational training programs and with entering the work force as a business owner and/or as an employee.
